Good Reagan allusion.
Please go easy on the poor pathetic tainted. I would love for them to pull an ewok and become rulers of the city, or at least heroes of the day, not just victims.
Oh! I nearly forgot! This is probably the most creative and most well-done comic on the web to date! After finally catching up with the story today, I can say your comic is my favorite. Thank you for the chance to experience your creativity and talent first hand! Sincerely, The Great Blueberry
hurrah for horrible screamy times- lots of fun ahead then, I’m guessing Eldon is going to have a whale of a time with little details beyond that wall. Can’t wait to see the level of detail and design in what Emily is about to encounter.
Whats happening in that last panel? I get the impression that the remainder of the tainted are sacrificing their lives to try and save Emily by taking on the guard. But I could just as easily imagine that they’re chasing her in the hope of killing her first *lol*
hmmm… Psychic chance to back out. I wonder if he did haver a possibly more merciful alternative available if she asked for it (and what would it have been). Heck, maybe he thought death might be a better option than whatever she’s about to face behind the wall… Or maybe she could have just asked to be send home. *PMSL* damn! she’d kick herself and probably kill Willy 100 times over if she found out that was an option after the fact.
Wow a 40′s era texaco gas pump. Does that mean there’s another explosion coming ?
And whats with the rear axel and headlight ? I also see another Television headed faithful, or is that the same one from before ? I’m assuming that’s a hood ornament on the one faithfuls head, but I could be wrong. Just it fits better then a stuffed bird, and goes along with everything else these faithful are aflicted with
Horrible, Screamy times? O_O that does not bode well.
Good Reagan allusion.

I concur. I seriously feel sorry for these blokes but I guess it’s a harsh reality story so *shrug*
Beyond that it says something if you can really make an audience feel for a character or group of people. Excellent work.

Thank you for the compliment. I’m happy to share my meager talents with you folks.
Reagan? Really? I am curious. To what is the “Mr. Willy, tear down this wall” a reference?
It’s a reference to Ronald Reagan’s speech about the Soviet Union.

The Reagan joke was great, but not as great as the “horrible screamy times ahead” joke. Willy’s an optimist!

“Mr. Willy, Tear down this wall!” Ha! Reagan FTW!:-)
I’m happy Reagan era jokes are still appreciated.
