Are these B&W strips still digital or have you gone back to the pen and paper? It just feels like it’s got that rougher, more random look about it again. Although it could be that you avoid some of the shading and details with pen when you know its being coloured since that process can bring out the same details.
It’s pure digital. I figured out a way to replicate my old art style with the Cintiq. Quite frankly, I’m very pleased with the results. It’s true to my old form and fairly quick to produce, the only thing better would be producing it on paper.
