Are you ready for a double dose of Eldon comics goodness every Tuesday for the next 5 weeks? Thanks to Brock Heasley, I get to take the reins of Super Fogeys Origins for a spell. And what we are delivering is a 5 page story detailing the origin of SF’s very own stubby, orange haired head crusher, Tangerine. It’s a little dark, so leave the kids at home.
Plus it’s in B&W, so those of you who feel nostalgic for the old Astray3 comics, make sure to check it out.
As you may have already noticed, the Astray3 site is currently undergoing some renovations. While I don’t predict any major disruptions in the update schedule be forewarned that some may pop up. Plus, I’m nowhere near done tweaking the new design, so if you would like to see some changes feel free to comment here or email me.
In addition to a graphical face lift I will also be adding some information and story resources to help make the comic a little more reader friendly. Look forward to the new features in the coming weeks.
Also, a big thanks to Phil again at Webcomic Planet Collective. It’s no exaggeration to say, without his help Astray3 would not be what it is today. Make sure to visit Webcomic Planet and drop him a thank you on my behalf.

I hope you all have been enjoying this somewhat experimental week in Astray3. Please, feel free to let me know what you think about the comic so far and how you would like to see it proceed. I have a good feeling about where to take the visual style from here, but your input is important. Also, thanks to all of you for being patient during this somewhat awkward transition to a full digital format.
In other news, Friday’s comic will be late. Look for it to post either late Friday or early Saturday. An acquaintance of mine has asked me to be a Zombie extra for a movie. Needless to say, I can’t resist the opportunity to run around town late at night all gored up.
