After wrapping up the writing and choosing the proper fonts, I will go back through and slightly adjust the kerning, rotation, and spacing to make the lettering inconsistent. For effects and other big lettering, I will outline the font and alter the individual letters to better fit the panel. Hope that answers some of your questions.
